I don't think I've ever seen one either, Elizabeth...although I could have forgotten. I lived on a farm with chickens for several years and recall cleaning and weighing (and breaking!) lots of eggs.
The yolks look great against that dish.

I don't know if it's the area I live in or what, but I've bought a lot of double yolk eggs. I especially love brown eggs with double yolks.
