Check out these threatening clouds that were in Pittsburgh last night around 5 p.m.
They were the precursor to two hours of a torrential downpour.

It has been raining here all week and is to continue into this upcoming week.

  1. Had to sit in the car for about 20 minutes and then ended up getting soaked anyway running from the driveway to the house.

  5. So that's where our summer rain has gone! It usually rains here along the Texas Gulf Coast every day, but it has been a dry summer so far.

  7. We're also had 10 days of non-stop rain, but in Sydney, it's winter rain - therefore cold and miserable :-(

  8. Great photograph, Elizabeth. With all the rain that's been falling around the world, maybe it is time to built the ark.

  10. LOL, Debbie.

They are quite interesting, aren't they, Beth?

I hate cold, wintery rain. I guess the snow we have in the winter is better.

  14. Elizabeth, I Love cloud photos...these are beautiful. I'm in NJ near Philadelphia and we've been having the most awful storms. Hope they subside for both of us. Have a great day!

  16. Great cloud photos! You were braver than I was. I saw some skies like that this week but decided to get home instead of getting out to take a picture. :-)
