Mailbox Monday - 10/21/13

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week. (Library books don’t count, but eBooks & audiobooks do).

Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles, and humongous wish lists!

Mailbox Monday, created by Marcia @ A Girl and Her Books, is on a blog tour!

  4. Hi Elizabeth,

I quite often have an empty mailbox.

I get disappointed then, but when the books do land in my review pile,I worry because of how many are already awaiting my attention!

I just like the comfort factor of knowing that new books are arriving regularly. I feel just the same way when we visit a bookshop and leave again without having bought anything!

Have a good week anyway, I'm sure you have enough books already to keep you going!

  5. I had an empty mailbox for 3-4 months. As I was NOT reading, it did not bother me!

    Have a great reading week!

    Here is my post.

  6. guatami...thanks for stopping.

An EMPTY mailbox is fine with me. I don't think I will ever catch up with all the books I have.

    Enjoy your day.

  7. Yvonne...I have TONS of books to keep me busy.

I am a bit relieved with no more to add even though it is a bit disappointing, but I am perfectly fine with it.

    THANKS for stopping by.

  14. As much as I don't like to see an empty mailbox it's probably a good for a little catch-up once in a while.
