It's Monday! What Are You Reading? - 11/18/13

**********************

Hope you have a good week.

WHILE YOU ARE HERE, STOP BY MY "GUESS THE DESK" GIVEAWAY AT THIS LINK.

Giveaway ends this Thursday, November 21.

**********************

This is a weekly meme run by Book Journey!

Post the books completed last week, the books you are currently reading, and the books you hope to finish this week.

**********************

Books Completed Last Week:

Bellman And Black by Diane Setterfield.

Book Currently Reading:

Tahoe Chase by Todd Borg

I am quoted in the beginning pages of his book from my review of Tahoe Trap.   :) It was very exciting!!

Looking forward to this book.  Tahoe Trap was very good.
Books Up Next:

I am planning to read The Signature of All Things or Wake next while the other books are patiently waiting their turn.  :)

**********************

The books below are not necessarily in the order I have planned to read them.

I normally read in order of publication or tour date.

And....these are not for reading in the upcoming week.  They are books into and including next year.

The "list" is a means of keeping me organized.  A visual display helps a lot for organization along with my Excel lists.  :)

I added a couple more since last week.

  7. Last week I completed Hild, excellent new historical novel by Nicola Griffith. Currently I am reading The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce and it is making me cry every few pages. Not sure I like that but it is for a reading group. Then I will move on to The Casual Vacancy for my next reading group.

  9. Elizabeth, decided to visit following your visit to Found Between the Covers. I've not been to your blog either. It's lovely, especially that image in your header. Is that where you live, or escape to? And I enjoyed your Monday update. Several books on you list I've read and one in particular I think you'll enjoy is Strings Attached. And you've read some I haven't touched yet. I'm still figuring out the best way to follow blogs (from the three I run) and so I've subscribed to you via email in the meantime. I hope we can stay connected.

  10. Via E-mail is the best way to connect in my opinion.

You don't miss any posts if you use the e-mail connect.

My header is from a visit to Portree, Scotland. Beautiful, quaint place.

THANKS so much for coming back to visit.

  12. Bellman & Black has to be to your tastes of gothic and dark.

I enjoyed it, but not as much as her book, The Thirteenth Tale.

    THANKS for stopping, Wendy.

  13. Sounds like you have some good reads lined up.

I read the Harold book. Interesting, but nothing earth shattering. :)

ENJOY your week, and thanks for stopping, Judy.

  15. That's a great TBR pile, Elizabeth. I have several of those to-read, too. I've heard good things about Gilbert's new book (as opposed to her memoir!).
