Book Blogger Hop - 8/29 - 9/4

 Question of the Week:

Do you request notifications of new replies when you post a comment on a blog post?

My Answer:

It depends on the interest I have for the post.

More times than not, though, I do request notifications of new replies.

I like to know what others are thinking about the subject or book being discussed.

What about you?

  1. ENJOY your weekend, and have you requested notifications to see if I reply to your comment? :) :)

  4. I'm kind of the same way - if it's a post of blog I'm interested in I request notifications.

  6. Ooh interesting topic. I don't usually need to receive notifications of everyone else's comments on a post, doesn't that just get tedious? That's what happens when you click "notify me of comments" on a WordPress blog. But, when people do not have a way to notify when they respond to a specific person's comment that gets annoying. WordPress has a plugin for that. I don't know how different that is on Blogger though.

  7. Blogger has different ways to get notified.

I do get a lot of e-mails when I ask for notifications, but if I know the blog is quite popular, I don't ask for notification. I just stop back later. :)

    Thanks for stopping, Julie S.

As you saw, I do request. I like to be kept in the loop. :)

  10. Not usually. When my blog was on blogger I replied via email often. Now I reply on my blog.

  11. Thanks for stopping, Anita.

I always like to reply and see who is replying and what the conversation is. :)

I like to be in the loop, and I like to know when someone replies on my blog so I can comment.
