Book Blogger Hop - 1/22 - 1/29

 Question of the Week:

How do you feel when someone continues to put the EXACT same comment on your blog each week?

My Answer:

This upsets me.  Don't they think we realize it is the same comment every week.

It is especially upsetting when they haven't even read what you wrote in the post.

I guess I should be happy they stopped by, but let's have a little variety and a comment that is relevant.  :)

  3. Good question and answer! I have seen comments that are copied and put on several blogs on the same day....

    1. I don't mind the same answer on different blogs, but what I mean is the same thing said EVERY week.

I need to not worry about it.

      Thanks for stopping, Suko.

  4. It hasn't happened to me really so I don't know exactly how I'd feel. I do try to just ignore things like that and I definitely don't think I'd put much energy into the reply.

    1. I should ignore it too, but it just got to me a few weeks ago. :)

No energy at all put into a reply.

      Thanks for stopping, Katherine.

  5. I haven't noticed it happening on my blog. People may leave similar comments and I don't know that I've realized it. I would get upset if it was the same, thoughtless response each week that didn't have anything to do with my posts.

  6. So far, this haven't happened to me. But yeah, it would be nicer if they actually read the posts. :)

    1. Thanks for your comments, Aizel, and thanks for stopping.

I am going to stop by your blog. I don't think I have visited before.

  7. I think this tends to happen more with repeated memes or when someone wants to let you know they've been there but don't really know what to say. I haven't decided (for myself) whether I prefer the repeated comment to let me know they were there or if I don't need that confirmation that someone read something even if they don't know what to say about it. Does that make sense?

    1. It makes perfect sense, and I do believe it does happen on memes.

      Great thinking, Kristen.

      Thanks so much for stopping.
