Book Blogger Hop - 5/8 - 5/14

 Question of the Week:

If you had a chance to read a book or watch a movie that is not about a book you have read, which would you choose?

My Answer:

I would choose reading a book.

I am not really a movie watcher.

I do have to admit, though, that GONE WITH THE WIND is a movie I would watch over and over again, but I wouldn't re-read the book.

I normally do not re-read books.

  2. I get into moods where I just want to sit back and watch a movie, but most of the time, I prefer reading.

  3. I don't re-read books either and rarely do I re-watch a movie. Once I know the end then the fun is gone.

    1. LOL...isn't that the truth.

Why re-read if you know what's going to happen.

  4. I'd choose a book as well. I'm not a big movie lover though I am trying to watch more.

  5. I don't typically reread books either. . .the only one book I have managed to reread has been Mockingjay and that was only because it was part of a reading challenge :)

I would choose reading over watching television too; wishing you a wonderful weekend Elizabeth <3

I am glad I am not the only one who doesn't re-read.

  6. I don't re-read books much either, I've always felt a little guilty when I did. And there are so many books I really want to read there just isn't much time for re-reading.

    1. Exactly.

Why re-read when you can read another good book?

  7. I'm definitely book over movie as well, although I do enjoy movies. But the books are always so much more in depth. Old GFC follower.
