Book Blogger Hop - 7/1 - 7/7

 Question of the Week:

When you comment on a blog post, do you ask to be notified when there are replies?

My Answer:

I usually ask for a reply when I definitely want to know what the blogger has to say in response to my comment.

Sometimes there is nothing that needs to be addressed so I don't ask for a notification.

  1. Hi Elizabeth! Seems to be a bit of confusion on the Hop question today.... I've answered a different one! OOOOPS. But in response to your answer: I do pretty much the same as you. I will also ask for a notification if it is a conversation I enjoy. Happy weekend!

  3. I totally agree with you! I try to limit my notification requests, as I don't want my inbox to get flooded any more than it already is! Lol. But, like you, if I'm really interested in a blogger's reply to my comment, then I request notification.

I want to thank you for always visiting and commenting on my blog!! Have a WONDERFUL Fourth of July weekend!! <3 :)

  4. The same- I don't usually sign up for the notifications, but if something is open ended I'll often check back or I may see an email notification anyway, depending on the commenting system.

  5. I rarely ask for a reply notice. Too many emails already. Seriously, I could go on an "Email Hoarders" show! *lol*

    1. LOL...I know what you mean. I ask for replies too often with the result of literally at least a thousand e-mails sometimes. :)

      Thanks for stopping, LuAnn.

  7. I usually do not. However, at times, I've asked a question or otherwise have more of an interest, and will ask to be notified.
