  3. I didn't get an early copy of Windy City Blues..very sad. I hope it's as good as her previous books.

    1. Aren't her books awesome? Loved them all.

Windy City Blues is good but I wish I were more into music. It is about the beginning of the era of Blues Music.

Her research is marvelous, and the characters are terrific.

There is also some love too along with the historical fiction and music. :)

      Thanks for stopping, Anita.

  6. Hi Elizabeth,

I haven't taken part in this meme for ages now, in fact it has moved home two or three times since my last post, but I am so pleased that I managed to track it down.

'Land Of Hidden Fires' is already on my Kindle, a complimentary copy after the author noticed a comment I left about the book on one of your promotional posts.

'The Book Of Summer' also looks as though it is heading for my list, although I may wait for your review before finally making my decision.

Have a good reading week :)

  9. It's lovely to see Sally Hepworth's latest novel on your shelves this week. I can't wait to read this one, I loved her last two.
I read a Michelle Gable book last year "I'll See You in Paris". This new one has another gorgeous cover - enjoy.
Happy reading and best wishes for a lovely week.
