  2. That is my favorite Dr. Seuss book too, it is so encouraging! I read all the Nancy Drew mysteries in Elementary School and loved them.

Blessed are those who realize how interesting their parents are/were! I wish I knew far more about what my parents lives were like.

I have a house full of rarely-used clutter that I am working on sorting out too. Each bit of progress and organization feels so good! :-)

    1. Thank you for you nice comments, Josie.

Oh yes...my parents have both passed, but they were very interesting and talented. We had them until they became ill in their early 90's.

      Thanks.

  3. Oh the decluttering. I think most of us are doing this and when we age it seems more important to do.

I love that your parents were your favorite people. That's really awesome.

Have a fabulous day and weekend. ♥

  5. Dr Seuss was not even on my radar as a child. I didn't discover him until I was probably in Jr High when my little brother started getting them as part of the 'I Can Read' book club. My favorite is Green Eggs andHam.
As a child, I loved the Mrs. Piggle Wiggle series.
    I definitely need to declutter!
