Book Blogger Hop - 10/12/2018

Question of the Week:

You are suddenly transported into a future time in which (horrors!) books are unknown. How would explain books, and how wonderful they are, to the people of that time? (submitted by Maria @ A Night's Dream of Books)

My Answer:

Wow...what a "thinking cap" question, Maria.  :)

Explaining books would have to be done via drawings first.

Then I would explain how the reader can be taken places they have never been and meet people they may have never met by reading the words inside these things called books.

  3. Good answer. Of course I wanna' know why these future people don't know what books are in the first place. LOL.

  4. I like this one. A visual diagram would be a lot easier than trying to just describe it.
    Thanks for stopping by.

  5. That's an interesting idea, Elizabeth! Yeah, I think making drawings of what a book looks like (a printed book, of course) would make things clear to people. And I like your explanation about books taking people to unknown destinations, as well as introducing them to people they would never meet in real life! Nice answer!! :) :)

I will be publishing my post tomorrow. So glad you liked my question! <3 <3

    Thanks for sharing!! ENJOY your weekend!! HUGS!!! <3 <3 <3 :) :) :)
