FRIENDLY FILL-INS:

1. Better to be ___ than ______.

2. Don't ___ just because ____.

3. You couldn't pay me to _____.

4. ____ is my comfort food.
MY ANSWERS:

1.  Better to be early for an appointment than sent home because you were not on time.

2.  Don't do something you don't want to do just because you "think" you have to.  BTW...I NEED to adopt that idea.

3.  You couldn't pay me to walk across a suspension bridge that is over rocks...well any suspension bridge - especially one that is swinging and has a lot of people on it.

4.  Pasta and soup are my comfort foods.

  2. I am a soup gal too. LOVE it. My fave is Chicken Tortilla but I also love the one from Olive Garden with the beans and sausage.

    1. YUMMY on both those soups.

I have actually made the Zuppa Toscano at home. It was very good.

  3. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. #1 is so true. I would not walk on a suspension bridge either. I hope you have a nice weekend!

  5. I feel the same way regarding your #1. I would rather be early than late and would rather not have to reschedule whatever due to lateness and have it hanging over my head again.

I agree with you about the suspension bridge, at least one with other people on it. I might do just fine if I were the only one on it, but not if it is swinging a lot.

    Have a blessed weekend!

    1. We were in Vancouver and paid to cross the bridge because I "thought" I could do it. NOPE!!

I started to have a panic attack. It wasn't cheap either.

  6. Up on Grandfather Mountain there is "The Mile High Swinging Bridge." When I was a teenager, my father paid the admission fee for me to walk across it in the fog. He had to get a refund because I wasn't going. Have a blessed day.

  7. Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! You are so right with #1. I used to work at a cat clinic, and we had one client who was notorious for showing up 30 minutes late to every single appointment. We eventually had to ask her to start dropping her cat off for appointments, because no matter what we did or told her, she kept missing her scheduled times. Have a beautiful day!
