Book Blogger Hop - 1/17 - 1/23

Question of the Week:

Do you think that readers make better employees, as opposed to non-readers? Why or why not? (submitted by Maria @ A Night's Dream of Books)

My Answer:

Another thought-provoking question, Maria.

I would think readers are more aware of things, more disciplined,  and perhaps more organized.

So - my answer would be that yes - readers are better employees.

  1. I agree on those points too! I think that being a reader can you make a good employee. While I can't say it would make one the best employee, you also have to consider job type. But reading can give you an advantage!

  2. I think readers are more open to new ideas and tolerant of others and that would help in the workplace too.
