Mailbox Monday is the gathering
place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week.
(Library books don’t count, but eBooks & audiobooks do).
Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles, and humongous wish lists!

Wow! A huge week or arrivals Elizabeth and quite a nice selection there. I'm wondering if I'm the only one who prioritises books in order of publication date? (Or if you go for your favourites first?)
ReplyDeleteI know...this week was amazing with book arrivals.
DeleteI do publication date too, Deborah. :)
See my other post, IT'S MONDAY!! WHAT ARE YOU READING!! It has my books in order of dates requested and publication date. You should like it since we both do it that way. :)
THANKS so much for stopping, Deborah.

Hi there - Love your book haul. I'll be reviewing DEAD MONEY RUN by J. Frank James also, but it won't be until later. :)
ReplyDeleteI think I am not reading it until August.
DeleteThanks for stopping, Diane.
Hi Elizabeth,
ReplyDeleteWow! That's some mailbox this week ... Are you sure you haven't been saving them all up? LOL
All of your author are new to me, with the exception of J.Frank James, as I also have a review copy of 'Dead Money Run' on my desk, although I am sure you will be reading and posting your review, long before me!
I also like the sound of the Pam Jenoff and Erika Swyler books, definitely ones for my list.
Thanks for sharing and enjoy the rest of your week :)
Yvonne
It looks like I have been saving them up. Tee Hee.
DeleteI will be reviewing Dead Money Run in August along with a giveaway. And the way these months just fly by, it won't be too much longer.
I love Pam Jenoff. I don't know Erika Swyler, but that book does look good.
Thanks so much for stopping, Yvonne.
Great books! There's so many pretty covers I don't know where to start. Pam Jennoff is on my list of authors to try and House of Hawthorne looks like my kind of book. Enjoy your reading!
ReplyDeleteI love the covers too...covers always pull me in. :)
DeleteI love Pam Jenoff's books...I hope you get to read a few.

Fantastic mailbox! You are all set for spring reading. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI sure am set.
DeleteThanks for stopping, readingdate.
You rocked the mailbox! I have several of those too. March was my slow month for books, not that I've run out of things to read. ha ha.
ReplyDeleteI don't think any of us will ever run out of books to read. LOL!!
DeleteThanks for stopping, Anita.
Love those full mailboxes! I got Sound of Glass too. The Secret Life of Violet Grant has been sitting on my stacks for way too long.
ReplyDeleteThe Sound of Glass is awesome. I am on page 150. I love her books.
DeleteViolet hopefully will be good.
Thanks for stopping, Nise.
House of Hawthorne looked so interesting to me, and so did Karen White's latest. I'm glad you have them to read; I was far too committed to the Independent Foreign Fiction Prize this year, and it's left little time for anything else. You will do these books justice!
ReplyDeleteKaren White's book is great. I am loving it. I love all of her books.
DeleteAwwww...thank you about the comment that I will do these books justice. What a wonderful compliment.
Thanks, and thanks for stopping, Bellezza Mjs.
We received a few of the same books. I'm enjoying the Karen White book but the wedding really slowed my reading. I'm about 50% in and hope to finish this week. Have a great week, Elizabeth!
ReplyDeleteWe did receive a few the same.
DeleteI am loving the Karen White book.
Can't wait to see wedding photos.
Thanks for stopping, Mary.
Happy reading this week; looks like you got some great reads! HOUSE OF HAWTHORNE is one that I need to get a copy of since I'll be moderating a panel at the local festival where she will be.
ReplyDeleteModerating a panel for an author sounds wonderful. Enjoy!!
DeleteI am excited about my books. Love the covers too.
Have fun on the panel, and thanks for stopping, Serena.
I read The Secret Life of Violet Grant last year when it was first released and liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Romance isn't my usual genre, but I was drawn to the historical aspect and the dual timeline.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear. I love historical fiction but am not a big romance person either.
DeleteThanks for commenting and stopping, Leslie.
I'm excited about the Pam Jenoff and Karen White books. Looking forward to your thoughts!
ReplyDeleteI just finished Karen White's book. FANTASTIC as always.
DeleteI am looking forward to Pam Jenoff's book too. I always enjoy her books.
Thanks for stopping, Anna.
Oh, that's one great mailbox! I keep hearing great things about Karen White but I have yet to read her!
ReplyDeleteKaren White's books are fantastic.
DeleteI hope you get to read at least one. I finished The Sound of Glass a few days ago. LOVED IT.
Thanks for stopping, Kay.
