I pass Barnes & Noble twice everyday, and I'm kind of de-sensitized by now, but when I have time I feel I should go inside and wander to see what I discover.
WOW. I don't know how you can do it. I DEFINITELY can't. Furthermore, whenever I've gone out of town -- like down to Key West (I live in Miami, Florida), the first thing I do is look for a bookstore! So it's not just a matter of happening to walk by a bookstore. I actually go looking for one! Lol.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my own BBH post!!
Happy Hopping to you, too, and have an AWESOME weekend!! : )
I hadn't been to my library in a while since I've been primarily getting e-books from them. Today I was over that way and was just drawn inside. I came out with a book that I know I probably won't have time to read, but just had to have it. I'm sure you all know the feeling. :) @dino0726 from FictionZeal - Impartial, Straightforward Fiction Book Reviews
Hmmm....not willingly. LOL
ReplyDeleteLOL for sure...not willingly. :)
DeleteThanks for stopping, Kay.
Haha I love the "not willingly" answer! It's so true. They just beg you to come in!
ReplyDeleteThey do...I get drawn in.
DeleteThanks for stopping, Lori Bree.
For me, it depends on the bookstore. I can pass chains but not indies.
ReplyDeleteI wish we had and indie book store in my area.
DeleteOr maybe I don't. :)
Thanks for stopping, Kathy.

ReplyDeleteThat is good you don't HAVE to stop in.
DeleteI like to browse, but don't always do even that. :)
Thanks for stopping, Carmen.

DeleteYou're very welcome! BTW, I decided to make sure that I was following you with GFC. I was and I am!! :)
My cheapness has kept me from spending too much money in new bookstores but I have a hard time resisting the library!
ReplyDeleteThe library is amazing.
DeleteThanks for stopping, Katherine.
Yes b/c admittingly, I'm cheap when it comes to books. Now if it was a real yarn store...that's a whole other animal.
ReplyDeleteWhatever works, right?
DeleteThanks for stopping, Stefanie.

I started to try audio books from the library. I am still not sold on them.
DeleteThanks for stopping, Diane.
Many bookstores price their books at retail, which is one reason I would avoid one.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping, Billy.
