Last week I read Seven Days in May, a 1962 bestseller and The Sellout by Paul Beatty. Currently I am reading Contenders by Erika Krouse. I plan to read Innocents and Others by Dana Spiotta, one of my favorite authors and Allegiant, the final in the Divergent series. If I have a good reading week I will start The Price of Salt by Patricia Highsmith, the book from which the movie Carol was adapted.
ReplyDeleteThe Price of Salt has a great title. I am sure the book is good too.

Ooh! Where'd you take the train to? I missed that tidbit somewhere. My reading has been practically nonexistent I'm afraid. Knitting has been leader of the pack. I will try to make more time for reading.
ReplyDeleteWe were in Vancouver via plane, but I took the train back from NYC to Pittsburgh.
