Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I feel the same way about people not reading- I can't think of anything I would rather do ( as long as my cats are with me while I read). Have a Happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteReading is the best form of entertainment for me. :)

Happy Friday to you, too! Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jeanne, and thanks for stopping.
DeleteI'm totally with you on historical fiction!
ReplyDeleteOh yes...definitely a favorite genre of mine.

I agree completely with your response to #4. I can't imagine not loving to read. A life without books is just no life at all. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed weekend!
It is difficult to understand, but I guess we are all different.
DeleteI LOVE my books.
Thanks for stopping, Suzanne.
I, too, agree with #4. When I was growing up, we had some people who could not read. They would get mail and come to my father to get him to read whatever it was to them.
ReplyDeleteThere were times when he was not in and they would have me read it to them. It was sad.
I remember our handy man picking up an Archie comic book and trying to understand what was going on.
That is sad that someone is not able to read.
DeleteThanks for stopping, David.
I don't understand non-readers either. I get antsy if I don't have a book to read.
ReplyDeleteI always have to have a book for entertainment.
DeleteThanks for stopping, Patricia.
I cannot understand those that do not read! Reading has been my salvation.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being part of Friendly Fill-Ins, Elizabeth. Hugs
Reading is my fun and my escape. :)

Thanks for stopping, McGuffy.
Oh, I don't want to think that summer is half over. Although, with the temps as high as they are, it may not be a bad thing this year. ;)
