Well, you know what? Even here in sometimes SWELTERING Miami, Florida, I much prefer eggnog and hot chocolate! Lol. Of course, I would have to blast my A/C in order to enjoy those beverages, haha!
I LOVE to fantasize about a cozy country cabin, where I'm reading by a glowing fire, while snow softly falls outside my living room window....Of course, I'd be sitting in a bay window, just like Jane Eyre, and drinking either my eggnog or hot chocolate. And, to top things off, I'd have the most BEAUTIFUL, floor-to-ceiling Christmas tree, full of GORGEOUS ornaments and lights!
Can you believe it? I've always been nostalgic for the North, and snow, when I've never seen either....(except for a week in NYC when I was about 9, which really doesn't count, as I didn't see much at all, and 2 weeks in North Carolina, in the SUMMER, when I was in my early 20s). Boo-hoo....
I would never choose either ginger ale or iced tea. Seeing as how I'm the South, though, I might try a mint julep. Lol.
Thanks for sharing!! Happy reading & blog hopping!! <3 :)
You are just too cute, Maria. I always love your answers. This one is no exception. :)
You should try the North. I am betting you will be heading straight back to the warm climate. :)
Well...I usually do not drink anything when I am reading, so I just chose those drinks. They were the first thing that came to mind. I do love iced tea, though.
I used to drink ginger ala as well but I stop drinking soda a couple of years ago. I only drink soda sometimes. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog hop.
I can't think of any "holiday" beverages except eggnog and I don't drink that.
ReplyDeleteMe either - that's why I chose tea or gingerale. LOL!!

Ooh! I love drinking iced tea at any time! It's my most favorite drink of all time (next to coffee of course)!

Oh yes...I have an iced tea every day no matter what the weather.
DeleteI drink it whether I am reading or not reading. :)
Thanks for stopping, Ronyell.
My husband would probably agree with you about the iced tea. :-) I would have to go with hot cocoa. A hot drink on a cold day . . . Yum.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
I totally forgot about cocoa. :)

I enjoy tea most the time, ice in the summer warm in the winter. :) Have a great week!
