  3. Love, Alice; The Velvet Hours; and Flight Patterns were all on my 2016 Favorite Books list. I'm making note of a few more titles from your wonderful list. Here's hoping 2017 will be filled with books just as good as these!

  7. The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper made it on to my list of favourites this year also - a unique but moving read.

  11. I can't say I've read any of these, which makes me wonder if there were fewer "must read" books in 2016 - I'm seeing a lot of variation on these posts, which is probably a good thing! Happy new year!
