Mailbox Monday - 7/24/2017

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week.

Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles, and humongous wish lists!

Mailbox Monday, created by Marcia @ A Girl and Her Books, has a permanent home now at Mailbox Monday.

  8. Hi Elizabeth,

'Tahoe Payback' is not what I thought it would be at all and is in fact another great series that I really would like to read. However as this is already book#15 in the series, I don't think I would be able to catch up with the story lines.

'A Killer Harvest' is definitely one for my list though. The story line is very similar to a book I read a few years back 'The Recipient' by Dean Mayes. Here the recipient has had a heart transplant and starts to see and feel memories from its previous owner!

This might be one for your list?

    Thanks for sharing :)

    1. Oh, Yvonne...his books are ALL so good.

You don't have to read them in order.

A Killer Harvest made me think it was going the Stephen King route, but it didn't. Good characters and story line.

Interesting that it was similar to another book. The characters who received an eye transplant saw what the donor saw as well as have the criminal tendencies of that person. A tense book, but good.

Thanks for stopping and for the "maybe" book on my list.

  11. On my blog, you told me Kindle books count. I'm sure they do, but just yesterday I blogged about library books and new books I had bought, including both hardback and Kindle books. When I saw "Mailbox Monday," it reminded me I had also received one through the mail, which I had forgotten to include in that post. So that's all I needed to write about today. You're good to go with Kindle purchases included.
