  2. I'm always amazed how far out you're able to plan things. I'm lucky to be two week ahead! The Seven Days of Us looks great, and is also in my upcoming stack. Have a great week.

  3. I'm enjoying The Blackbird Season...the back and forth timelines irritated me a little...until I saw that there was a pattern, and I could stop writing down every date! LOL.

I've been waiting for Odd Child Out for ages! Soon, now.

Not That I Could Tell just went on my Amazon bookmarked list...I enjoyed the author's book Almost Missed You.

I also love Hepworth's books...so that one is going on my list, too.

Thanks for sharing, and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

    1. I didn't notice a pattern...LOL!! I will take a look.

The Blackbird Season is ok for me - not really thrilled with it. It actually doesn't seem too suspenseful. I am already 70% in, but maybe the ending will be redeeming for me.

I didn't like Almost Missed You - I didn't realize it was the same author, but maybe this one will be better. It sounded pretty good.

Oh yes...I love Hepworth's books too.

      Thanks for commenting, Laurel.

  5. I read THE WIFE BETWEEN US.

THE WIFE BETWEEN US is said to be a romantic thriller, but I found it is neither a romance novel nor a thriller. Although it does describe a love triangle, it doesn't exactly. It seems the ex-wife is stalking and terrorizing the girlfriend, but then it doesn't.

No one in this book is as they first seem. It will feel like you are constantly having to revise your understanding of people and events. As a matter of fact, halfway through the book you may want to stop and reread everything you have read so far.
