My Book Beginnings is taken from BABY TEETH by Zoje Stage:

Warning: This book has been getting a lot of hype, but the premise is about an evil child who does everything to make her mother miserable and even tries to kill her.

"Maybe the machine could see the words she never sopke.  Maybe the blazed in her bones.  Maybe if the people in the white coats blew up the pictures they'd see her thoughts, mapped like mountains and railroad tracks, across her ghostly skull."
