Question of the Week:

If you could travel back in time to purchase the first printing of a specific novel, what book would that be? (submitted by Billy@ Coffee Addicted Writer)

My Answer: 

I am going to go with SHADOW OF THE WIND by Carlos Ruiz Zafon.

It is the first book that always comes to mind when someone asks for a recommendation.

    I don't collect books so probably wouldn't want to travel back in time to get any of them. Now, there are some other things I'd travel back in time for.

      My favorite of his and an all-time favorite.

      I only read this and his second book, but nothing was as good for me as SHADOW OF THE WIND. I didn't read any of his others.

      I HAD to go to Barcelona after reading the book to find all of the places mentioned in the book.

    OMG!! What a GREAT choice!! I've had this book sitting on my shelves (the Spanish language original version) for quite some time now, and have yet to read it!! I NEED to make sure to read it in the coming year!!

      YES...LOVE this book.

      I am sure it will be beautiful in Spanish.

      Thanksgiving was great. I was at my sister's and helped, but we did make another dinner when we came back. I love to cook Thanksgiving dinner. :) I love the leftovers. :)
