Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I like your guide word. I understand about needing to say no sometime too. I hope you have a nice weekend and a happy, healthy 2019! XO
ReplyDeleteThank you, Ellen.
DeleteDo you believe it is the last Friday of the year?

I just thought of another word.
ReplyDeleteGRATITUDE!!

ReplyDeleteThank you, David, and thanks for commenting.
DeleteSafe and blessed New Year to you too.
Home is the best place to be. :)
ReplyDeleteIt can be so hard to say no sometimes, can't it? People make us feel like we're being mean or selfish when we do so. But, we are people, too, and have to take care of ourselves as well.
Happy is a great guide word.
May all your new beginnings be happy ones.
Have a blessed weekend and a very happy and healthy New Year!
Exactly on the NO.
DeletePeople KNOW I am an easy YES, and that is upsetting, but I will work harder at NO this year so I can use my word HAPPY. :) :)
Not sure how successful I will be, though. :)
Thanks for commenting, Suzanne, and a happy and blessed New Year to you too.
We love your word for 2019. Our Human tells us that happy is usually a choice so we choose to be happy in 2019.
ReplyDeleteWishing you all a joyful and blessed 2019!

I'm sorry I'm so late to visit. Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I can really relate to your #2. I always enjoy helping others and doing acts of kindness, but sometimes that can get you walked all over. Sometimes saying "no" is simply the best thing for you. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteNo is difficult, but has to be said at times.
