Question of the Week:
Do you buy all your books? If yes, do you keep it all? If no, where do you source them? (submitted by Angelica @ Paperback Princess)
My Answer:
If I really like a book, I will share only with folks that I know will take good care of them.
I give the not-so-favorites to the library for their annual sale or to the local hospital.
I did a big donation to the library once but they kind of looked at me funny at the time. Like why was I donating books? So not sure whatever happened to those particular boxes. Nowadays I just drop them into a Little Free Library when it comes to getting rid of books--which is only like 5% of the time! LOL.

That is odd that they wouldn't want books.

I get most of my books from publishers but will buy one if I don't get it. I don't keep them once I've read them.
ReplyDeleteI like to keep mine so I can share. :)
DeleteAnd I like to see my favorites on the shelf.

I'm also a tentative lender. I hate it when books come back wrecked.
ReplyDeleteIt is upsetting.

I'm mostly ebooks so I dont have an issue with what to do with them.

I've mostly donated my books to my little rural library. I'd say most they put in circulation, but I've seen a few in their book sale too. I have started sending books to my litsy friends too. And of course I share with my daughter
