Question of the Week:
Question of the Week:
When reading a series, do you re-read the previous book/s before reading the newly released book? (submitted by Angelica @ Paperback Princess)
My Answer:
I normally do not read series, but if I did I would start with the first book and read the books in order.
Nowadays I find myself waiting to start series when they are all out. It's not usually the best course to go, but that's the way it's been lately since I am so behind on so many series!

That is a very good way to do it.

I don't re-read the previous book, even if it's been years since I've read it. I think a good series can be picked up anytime in any order.
ReplyDeleteGood point.

That is a good approach - not to read series. I do this myself, but sometimes I just pick up an interesting looking book and after finishing it, it turns out that I started new series.))

DeleteI think that happened to me one time.

Yes, there is a good argument for waiting for a full series to release and then getting stuck in.
ReplyDeleteThat would work.

I agree with you. If I have the patience to wait until the series is complete, I prefer to binge and read them all.
ReplyDeleteBinging is the best!! LOL!!

For a new series, I start at the beginning. However, for an ongoing series it's different.
ReplyDeleteThat is a good plan.
