Book Blogger Hop - 5/24 - 5/30

Question of the Week:

Do you continue with a book even though you aren't liking it? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver's Reviews)

My Answer:

I used to continue, but I realized there are too many good books out there to enjoy.

No sense struggling to read a book to see if you might like it better if you keep on going.  :)

  1. Exactly my view. Why waste time on something you don’t like? As they say: Too many good books, too little time.

  2. Yup! Exactly my point as well! Usually I'll try to give it at least until the (almost) halfway point as a few books I almost DNF did get better around then.

  5. Elizabeth, you are spot on! There are too many good books that are waiting for us to read them. Sure, it is good to start what you finish. Yet, sometimes forcing yourself to read significantly reduce the level of enjoyment.
