Question of the Week:
Have you ever wished that there were official government bookish
holidays, and that, by law, employers HAD to give their workers a paid
day off? If so, what kind of bookish holiday would you like to have?

My Answer:
You have the best and most thought-provoking questions, Maria.
I have never thought about that, but that would be fun.
Wonder if the employer would require the title or titles of books that were read? :)
Not sure what kind of bookish holiday I would like, but I know it would be fun to read ALL day!!
I definitely like the idea of a day dedicated to books and not having to work, though I wouldn't want my employer choosing my book.

Oh...definitely on not allowing the employer to choose the book. :)

Maybe every town could have a book festival at the local library.
ReplyDeleteA library book festival would be great.

I love the idea of an official government bookish holiday. No work, just stay home and read all day.
ReplyDeleteI also love Kathy's idea of a book festival at libraries.
Both ideas are great!!
