My Answer:
For the most part, my reviews are positive, but I have posted negative reviews and I do promote them on social media and on reading sites.
I would post a negative review, but I wouldn't necessarily bash the book. I would just explained what didn't work for me. I'd post it in the usual places but I wouldn't necessarily draw extra attention to the review of a book I didn't like.
