My Answer:
If you mean using a professional review - no.
I write my own review and do not include anything from another review.

I took it to mean if I include the book's dust jacket/synopsis. Always getting those terms mixed up for some reason! Lol. I do like to include in my reviews what the book is all about while keeping it spoiler free of course!
