FEATURING: A Killer Harvest by Paul Cleave

THRILLER - HORROR

One thing after another happened to Joshua Logan so he figured he and his family had a life-long curse.

A KILLER HARVEST was a very tense thriller. At first I thought it was going to go the route of Stephen King, and that almost scared me away, but I kept on going and am glad I did.

If you enjoy thrillers, characters hiding things, and non-stop tension, you will enjoy A KILLER HARVEST.

FEATURING: The House Girl by Tara Conklin

HISTORICAL FICTION

From 1852 to 2004....from one artist to another....from a farm in Virginia to the hustle and bustle of New York City.

THE HOUSE GIRL flawlessly switches between these two time periods telling of the life of Josephine, a slave girl, Lina, a New York City attorney, and Lina's father, Oscar, an artist.

The historical aspect and the fact-finding kept me up late.  It is very interesting how the farm's kitchen records, crop records, and births and deaths of every person including the slaves was kept.  5/5
