Oh definitely. If I find I like an author, I always hope to read their next book.

Same! I'm always willing to try another book by an author I enjoyed if it still sounds of interest! I know the occasional time an author will write a paranormal book I loved then turn around and write a contemporary which I already know isn't my genre, so I won't pick it up even if I did enjoy their previous work. Genre thing.
