A Little Library - Detroit, Michigan
I found this Little Library on the River Walk in Detroit, Michigan, and a HUGE chair to share with someone as you read a book together. :)
I don't think that's what the chair is for, but that is what I would use it for. :)
A nice treat to see the Little Library.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping.
I love Little Free Libraries!! I've visited several of them throughout the state of California and blog about my experience visiting them! It's such a great way to trade books with other readers.
ReplyDeleteIt is fun.
DeleteI didn't take a book because I wouldn't be back to return or to put any in.
Had I known this was here, I would have brought some books. It is fun.
Thanks for stopping, Captivated Reader.
That looks exactly like the Little Free Library in our neighborhood.
ReplyDeletePerhaps the same person made it. :)
DeleteThanks for stopping, Kathy.
that is cute! I should swing by there. I live no too far from Detroit.
ReplyDeleteThe walkway is very pretty.
DeleteThere were only about six books in the library.
I hope you get to stop, Carole Rae.

Aren't those little libraries just darling and they seem to be springing up in so many places.
ReplyDeleteThey are darling and spread the love of reading.
DeleteWe have a few in my town. I donate books to one that is in a friend's yard.
Thanks for stopping, Kathryn.
Love it! I really want to make one!
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute. A friend said if she makes one, she wants it in the shape of a pineapple. :)
DeleteIf my father were alive, he would love to make one for me.
Thanks for stopping, stacybuckeye.
