  9. I've read 3 of them: The Orphan's Tale was my #3 read of the year. I really liked Before the Rain Falls. It didn't make my top 10. But it was still a solid 3.5/4. And Love and Other Consolation Prizes was good too. I gave that one a 3.25/4. But I liked Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet and Songs from Willow Frost both a little bit better.
    Happy New Year.

  13. Great list! I've read at least half of these and have many more of them on my tbr. The two that I loved that I don't see on here (just in case you need more for your tbr) are Beartown and The Last Ballad.
