I do not re-read books.

Looking forward to what YOU have to say.

  1. I do. Not a lot but some of them deserve to be read more often.

  2. I rarely do. But it has happened recently that I reread with some of my French students books that I read over 40 years ago. In fact, I just managed to find in French through my library a book I enjoyed when I was 11. I'm curious to see how it will go.
I have read three times The Heart is a Lonely Hunter by Carson McCullers, and I feel like I need to reread it again.
And The Dream by Zola as well. So just a few exceptions

  4. I seldom re-read books, but it happens. Wuthering Heights I have read several times. One of my favourite books. I will re-read A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles in English (read it in Swedish). I think the best book I have ever read. I would like to re-read Gone With the Wind. I read it when I was rather young and would probably see it different today. Just a few special books to re-read as you see.
