Cross My Heart by Megan Collins

Could having someone's heart cause you to feel what they felt?

Was it Rosie's imagination or did she think the heart she received from Daphne Thorne had her falling in love with Daphne's husband.

Rosie needed a heart transplant and received the heart of the wife of a famous mystery author, Morgan Thorne.

Included with her transplant is an anonymous site that allows you to talk to the family of the person who gave their organ.

What starts out as innocent chatting turns into an obsession Rosie begins with her donor's husband - an obsession of his life, his and Daphne's life, and what really happened to his Daphne.

Did he kill her or did she have an accident as Morgan told the police?

Did Rosie get herself into something that can't be explained?

CROSS MY HEART was slow for the first half of the book and wasn't a book I wanted to get back to until another murder happened so don’t give up too soon.

The book gets very tense and good and will have you trying to figure out the mysterious author, the murders, and how Rosie fits into all of this.

A good psychological thriller - stay with it!!  4/5

Thank you to the publisher for a copy of the book.  All opinions are my own.
