What could ruin a book launch?
Quite a few things, but a murder takes the cake.
At the book launch for Natasha Martez, Jane, amateur detective, solver of another murder, and author heads to the store room and finds one of the publishing assistants dead.
Jane and her sleuthing team get to work and solve the murder. Then they find the assistant's boss dead.
A KILLER PLOT is a clever, light read and the second in the series. It was a bit tricky to follow but enjoyable. 4/5
