Oh yes, I always look up anything I read about on Wikipedia or Google. My sister-in-law said a while ago that she remembered my father always getting out an atlas or an encyclopedia if he didn't know where or what something was. I guess I got that from him.
I read 99% fiction - which is to say one or two non-fiction each year.

I read both. I especially love to read a non-fiction after I read a story about a certain time or region.
